Porsche power in ADAC GT4 Germany: this season, Wimmer Werk Motorsport will line up with two Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport in the series for young racers and ambitious gentlemen drivers. One of the two cars will be driven by the pairing of Oskar Dix (GBR) and Egor Litvinenko, while newcomer Jesper Brunøj Jensen (DEN) lines up alongside Laurenz Rühl (DEU) in the second Porsche.

Dix and Litvinenko are all set for their second year together in the ADAC series. The two youngsters started for the Austrian team last season, and are now looking to use the experience they gained in the coming season. Meanwhile, Jensen, at the wheel of the second Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport, is new to the series. At 51 years of age, the Dane will be racing on the GT4 scene for the first time this season, while Rühl lined up in ADAC GT4 Germany last year. This pairing will start in the Pro-Am class. Team principal Felix Wimmer is expecting both duos to enjoy a successful season: “Our goals are to consistently improve as a team, but also as individual drivers. Egor and Oskar will be contesting their second year together, so the goal there is clearly the top five. Laurenz and Jesper both want to challenge for the Pro-Am title.”

The season gets underway with a real highlight for the team, which is based near Vienna: team principal Wimmer’s outfit kicks off its campaign with its home event at the Red Bull Ring from 24th to 26th April. Wimmer Werk Motorsport is confident ahead of the coming season: “We will call on all of our know how to help our drivers be successful,” says Wimmer.
