Markus Eichele’s team will contest its third full season in ADAC GT4 Germany. All four drivers already confirmed. Sights set on moving up to the ADAC GT Masters.
ME Motorsport is ready and raring to go: The team from Schwäbisch Gmünd will again go racing in ADAC GT4 Germany this season. With the experienced Philip Wiskirchen and Linus Hahne, together with series newcomers Lukas Stiefelhagen and Leon Bauchmüller, the driver pairings for the two BMW M4 GT4 Evo are also confirmed. “Everyone in the team is looking forward to the coming season in ADAC GT4 Germany. We feel right at home in the series,” says team principal Markus Eichele. “The events attract big crowds and are always high-class. Plus, the field is excellent. Bring it on.”
ME Motorsport made its ADAC GT4 Germany debut at the 2023 final, before contesting the full season in the following two years. Philip Wiskirchen has been behind the wheel from day one. His new partner, Linus Hahne, has been racing for ME Motorsport in this series since 2025. Both drivers made it onto the podium last year. “With this duo, we want to aim for the top five in the overall standings,” says Eichele.
Stiefelhagen and Bauchmüller are set to make their debuts in ADAC GT4 Germany at the season opener, which takes place from 24th to 26th April at the Red Bull Ring in Austria. Stiefelhagen knows the DTM event package well, having claimed the title in the NXT Gen Cup in 2025. Bauchmüller won the 2025 Porsche Endurance Challenge Deutschland. Both drivers familiarised themselves with the BMW M4 GT4 Evo of ME Motorsport at a test at the Hockenheimring at the end of March. “It would obviously be nice if Lukas and Leon could also challenge for podiums,” says team principal Eichele, looking ahead.
Supporting young drivers plays a fundamental role at ME Motorsport. A cooperation allowed the racing team to enter the ADAC Touring Car Junior Cup in 2025; the next step is the new BMW M2 Cup in 2026. “In this way, we are able to offer talented youngsters a route into professional motorsport,” Eichele explains, before revealing a new and exciting project: “We will be getting a GT3 car midway through this year. The goal is then to start in the ADAC GT Masters at some point.”
