Another record crowd at the Sachsenring

Visitor record at only MotoGP round in Germany. Date for 2026 Grand Prix confirmed. Advance ticket sales begin at 16:00 on Sunday 13th July.

The Motorcycle Grand Prix of Germany at the Sachsenring continues to delight the fans. Now in its 86th year, the only MotoGP race in Germany attracted 256,441 visitors between 11th and 13th July, setting a new crowd record for the fourth time in a row.

“The passion and enthusiasm of the fans for the Motorcycle Grand Prix at the Sachsenring are greater than ever. The fourth crowd record in a row is emphatic proof of how popular this event is. A big thank you goes to all the visitors, who were not put off by the weather this weekend, as well as the many helpers – without their support we could not hold this event,” says ADAC Sport President Dr. Gerd Ennser.

The 2026 Liqui Moly Motorcycle Grand Prix of Germany will take place from 10th to 12th July at the Sachsenring. Tickets go on sale at 16:00 on Sunday 13th July 2025 and can be purchased online at adac.de/motogp or on site at the Sachsenring, at the Goldbachstraße ticket office.
