Waiting List

If there are more registrations than available starting positions, those riders will be placed on the waiting list. In case confirmed participants cancel, riders on the waiting list will be notified promptly via email or phone to participate as replacements.

Entry Fee

The entry fee per event is EUR 120.00. Entry confirmations and payment requests will be sent to the respective riders via email after February 15, 2024. Subsequently, the entry fee must be paid by February 29, 2024. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the allocation of starting positions to other riders or the imposition of a late fee.

Starting Numbers

Starting numbers are requested as part of the online registration. Riders are asked to specify their first choices as well as possible alternatives. The final starting numbers will be published after February 29, 2024.

ADAC MX Masters: Official Documents

License

In all classes, FIM or FIM-Europe licenses for motocross, as well as national and international motocross licenses from FIM/FIM-Europe member federations, are accepted. FIM/FIM-Europe licenses do not serve as a starting permission! In this case, riders must apply for a separate starting permission from their federations.

Additionally, the following DMSB licenses are accepted:

ADAC must receive a copy/scan/screenshot/photo of all sides of the license before participating in the first event. This can be sent in advance via email to ADAC or provided during the document check at the first event.

Forein Starting Permission

Riders without a DMSB license need an international starting permission for the ADAC MX Masters. This is issued by their respective federation and is often located on the back of the rider's license. If that is not the case, affected riders must contact their federation to obtain an international starting permission, either for individual events or the entire season, and forward it to ADAC via email.

If approval is not granted by the federation, the affected riders are not allowed to participate in the event.

Document Check

Once all required documents (license copy/screenshot, international starting permission) are provided, riders are not required to present themselves at document check. In the case of missing documents, ADAC reserves the right to exclude riders from the event.

Minors, along with the legal guardian mentioned in the registration, must each verify their identity by presenting an original ID card. If the legal guardian cannot be present in person, it is necessary for the minor participant to submit a separate, manually signed authorization to the organizer, along with providing a manually signed, mutually agreed copy of the ID card to the organizer.

If there is no authorization from the legal guardian in one of the aforementioned forms, the minor participant is not allowed to participate in the event.

ADAC MX Masters: Timekeeping and Results

Transponders

Riders must own their own mylaps/AMB-MX transponder. Transponders can be purchased here, or rented on-site for a fee of EUR 30.00 plus a EUR 10.00 deposit for a transponder holder (if needed).

The transponder number must be communicated to ADAC during online registration or via email before the first event. If the number changes during the season, riders must inform ADAC of the changes. If the transponder number is not known or a change is not communicated, riders may not be scored.

Live-Timing on Site

This link provides access to the live timing during each session:

In case of an unstable internet connection, riders and on-site helpers can connect to the timing system's WiFi. After a successful connection, the page "www.timekeeping.local" must be accessed, where the live-timing results are visible.

Results

Results of individual sessions can be viewed on the ADAC website starting from the beginning of the season:
