Title decisions in three classes at the season finale in Holzgerlingen. Ducati debut at the ADAC MX Masters. Diverse supporting programme with two party evenings.
Fans can look forward to an exciting season finale of the ADAC MX Masters in Holzgerlingen this coming weekend. In the top class, Max Nagl (Germany/Dörr Motorsport Triumph Racing powered by Krettek) and Roan van de Moosdijk (Netherlands/Kosak Racing Team) are separated by just a few points at the top of the standings. Mads Fredsoe (DK/Cat Moto Bauerschmidt Husqvarna) travels to the Schützenbühlring as the new leader of the ADAC MX Youngster Cup. Ian Ampoorter (B/F4E GasGas Junior Racing Team) has been leading the ADAC MX Junior Cup 125 for some time now. Nevertheless, anything is still possible in these three race classes and the two team classifications. Only in the ADAC MX Junior Cup 85 has the new champion already been decided, with Lucas Leok (EST/KTM MX Futures) taking the title.
In the ADAC MX Masters class, everything is set for the big showdown between Nagl and van de Moosdijk. The Dutchman snatched the red plate from Nagl in Gaildorf after Nagl had held it for three and a half years in a row. But Nagl struck back immediately at the last event in Bitche and regained the championship lead. Maximilian Spies (Germany/Becker Racing) could be the third party to benefit in the championship battle. Jörgen-Matthias Talviku (Estonia/JMT Esttrans Yamaha Keskus Racing Team) also has enough points to still become champion mathematically. With seven different event winners in as many events in the 2025 season so far, it is difficult to predict what will happen in the remaining three rounds. Marcel Stauffer (A/Osicka MX Team), Noah Ludwig (D/KTM Sarholz Racing Team) and Jordi Tixier (F/KMP-Honda-Racing powered by DVAG) are also always good for victories. Jere Haavisto (FIN/GripMesser Racing Team), Emil Weckmann (FIN/SHR Motorsports by Hartje), Jakub Teresak (CZ/KMP-Honda-Racing powered by DVAG), Mike Gwerder (CH/HTS KTM Racing Team) and Kevin Brumann (CH/MX-Handel Husqvarna Racing) are other top international riders. From a German perspective, Nico Koch (D/Becker Racing), Cato Nickel (D/Bauerschmidt Husqvarna), Peter König (D/KTM Sarholz Racing Team) and Tim Koch (D/Visualz Production) are hoping for good results at the end of the season. Following a change of motorcycle by Martin Krc (CZ/Werthmann Racing Team by Mefo Sport), Italian manufacturer Ducati is expected to make its debut in the series. Ducati would thus be the eleventh motorcycle manufacturer represented this season.
In the ADAC MX Youngster Cup, Mads Fredsoe (DK/Cat Moto Bauerschmidt Husqvarna) took over the lead in the standings from Bradley Mesters (NL/Kosak Racing Team) at the international race in France and built up a comfortable lead over the Dutchman and Maxime Grau (F/WZ-Racing KTM). German fans are pinning their hopes for top results on Valentin Kees (D/Kosak Racing Team). After a one-event break, the ADAC MX Junior Cup 125 is also entering its final round. Ian Ampoorter has the best starting position here. Germany's Oskar Romberg (D/Meyer Racing) and Finn Lange (D/KTM GST Berlin Racing/ADAC Hansa MX Junior Team) are in promising positions in the top five of the championship. In the ADAC MX Junior Cup 85, the battle for the runner-up spot is on after Leok secured the title early. Jarno Jansen (CH/SixtySeven Racing Husqvarna) is in the best position to claim it. ADAC Sports Foundation rider Luca Nierychlo (D/KTM MX Futures) is hoping for his third event podium of the season. The ADAC MX Masters and ADAC MX Youngster Cup classes will each contest three races over the weekend, while the two ADAC MX Junior Cup classes will each contest two races. The first races for championship points will take place on Saturday, immediately after the Last Chance race.
