The World Championship leader returns to the ADAC MX Masters after six years. Längenfelder's debut in the ADAC MX Masters class. Ideal track for fine-tuning the bike.
The current leader of the MX2 Motocross World Championship, Simon Längenfelder (Germany/Red Bull KTM Factory Racing Team), will be competing in the ADAC MX Masters in Tensfeld on 19 and 20 July 2025. This means that the 21-year-old ADAC Sports Foundation rider will be returning to his sporting roots for a weekend.
The Upper Franconian knows the ADAC MX Masters inside out – in 2019, he confidently secured the title in the ADAC MX Junior Cup 125, laying the foundation for his international career. Now, six years later, Längenfelder is returning to the series as one of the most successful German motocross riders of the present day and will compete against the best ADAC MX Masters riders on his 250cc factory KTM on the demanding sand track in Tensfeld. Längenfelder will also be available to fans at an autograph session on Sunday afternoon.
‘I'm really looking forward to returning to the ADAC MX Masters after six years and showing the fans that I know where I come from and where my roots are. Tensfeld is a great track, and the difficult conditions offer me and the team a good opportunity to further improve the chassis setup for the upcoming Grand Prix races on sand,’ said Längenfelder.
He competed in Tensfeld for the first time in 2012 as part of the ADAC MX Bundesendlauf, where he finished fifth in the 50cc class. After winning the ADAC MX Junior Cup 125 title, he concentrated on his career in the Motocross World Championship, where he has since achieved six Grand Prix overall victories.
Fans can look forward to a top-class field and exciting racing in the four classes of the ADAC MX Masters, ADAC MX Youngster Cup, ADAC MX Junior Cup 125 and the German Women's Motocross Championship. Tickets are now available online via the ADAC Schleswig-Holstein ticket shop.
