Under ideal conditions, fans enjoyed exciting races on Saturday at the season finale of the ADAC MX Masters. Jordi Tixier (F/KMP-Honda-Racing powered by DVAG) secured victory in the premier class. Maxime Grau (F/WZ-Racing KTM) dominated the first race in the ADAC MX Youngster Cup, while Lucas Leok (EST/KTM MX Futures) continued his winning streak in the ADAC MX Junior Cup 85. ADAC MX Masters: van de Moosdijk regains lead in standings

Fans at the Schützenbühlring saw many position changes among the frontrunners in the first race of the ADAC MX Masters. In lap two, Maximilian Spies (Germany/Becker Racing) took the lead with a spectacular jump, followed by Stauffer, who also passed Tixier. In the fifth lap, Spies and Stauffer collided in the battle for the lead, allowing Tixier to retake the lead ahead of van de Moosdijk. Stauffer moved into third place ahead of Max Nagl (D/Dörr Motorsport Triumph Racing powered by Krettek), while Spies had to settle for fifth place. This order remained unchanged until the finish, with Tixier celebrating a commanding victory. With his second place, van de Moosdijk has now taken the lead in the championship, one point ahead of Nagl. The title will be decided in the two races on Sunday.

“This is my first race win since my serious injury in the spring. This success means a lot to me, especially as the ADAC MX Masters is one of the most competitive national championships in the world. I dedicate this victory to everyone who supports me,” said a beaming Tixier.

ADAC MX Youngster Cup: Start-to-finish victory for Maxime Grau

Maxime Grau had a perfect Saturday. First, he secured pole position as Acerbis Best Qualifier and immediately converted this into the Red Bull holeshot ahead of Valentin Kees (D/Kosak Racing Team), Manuel Carreras (E/KMP-Honda-Racing powered by DVAG), and Liam Owens (AU/Cat Moto Bauerschmidt Husqvarna). Carreras crashed on the opening lap and fell back into midfield. Championship leader Mads Fredsoe (DK/Cat Moto Bauerschmidt Husqvarna) and Nico Greutmann (CH/Cat Moto Bauerschmidt Husqvarna) moved into the top five as a result. The leading group stayed close together for a long time, with only Fredsoe losing place after place in the second half of the race and falling back to sixth place behind Lyonel Reichl (LIE/KTM Sarholz Racing Team). In the final stages, things got tight behind Grau: Kees narrowly defended second place against Owens, much to the delight of the German fans.

“I'm very happy with my race. I found my rhythm after about ten minutes. I almost overdid it on a scrub – luckily everything went well – but after that I had the race under control,” said Grau.

The already confirmed champion Lucas Leok continued his winning streak. Starting from pole position, he took the Red Bull holeshot ahead of Gregor Lootus (EST/KTM) and Luca Nierychlo (D/KTM MX Futures). In the second lap, Nierychlo took second place, while local hero Simon Hahn (D/Kosak Racing Team) moved up to third place midway through the race. Lootus fell back in the second half. Leok won clearly ahead of Nierychlo, who was also able to pull away from Hahn. “With my start-to-finish victory, I made life easy for myself today and am already looking forward to tomorrow,” said Leok, summing up his success.
