HRT unveils designs of its three Ford Mustang GT3 for 2026

Haupt Racing Team reveals its three Mustangs for the ADAC GT Masters. Managing Director Ulrich Fritz: “The designs convey clear identity and maximum performance.”

Elegant, aggressive and dynamic. Haupt Racing Team presents the liveries, with which its three Ford Mustang GT3 will line up in the 2026 ADAC GT Masters. Last year’s Driver and Team champions have gone for a striking, clean look, making each of the three cars easily identifiable and distinctively individual.

Taking their place at the wheel of the blue #1 Ford Mustang GT3 with gold accents will be Max Reis (19/Ramstein) and Emil Gjerdrum (18/NOR). Reis is set to contest his third season in the ADAC GT Masters, while Gjerdrum lines up in his second season. Both already know how it feels to stand on the podium, and are hoping for their maiden victory in the ADAC’s GT3 series in the elegant blue and gold design.

HRT has gone for a black design with red accents for the #74 car. The Ford Mustang GT3 will be driven by Max Cuccarese (19/ITA) and Alain Valente (29/CHE). While Valente is in his fourth season and already has one victory and six podiums to his name, Cuccarese will be contesting his debut season in the black and red Ford.

“We are very well positioned with our line-up for the 2026 ADAC GT Masters. We have a well-balanced mix of experienced drivers and talented youngsters, who complement each other superbly,” says Ulrich Fritz, Managing Director of Haupt Racing Team. “Our goal is to consistently challenge at the front of the field and to continue our youth development work. At the same time, the three designs show exactly what HRT is all about: clear identity and maximum performance.”

The first opportunity to watch the cars live is the opening round of this season’s ADAC GT Masters at the Red Bull Ring (24th to 26th April), which forms part of the DTM race weekend. Tickets for the races in Austria start at € 49 and are available at dtm.com.
