FK Performance Motorsport was the best BMW customer racing team in the world in 2025. Following a successful season, the Bremen-based outfit was honoured for its achievements at the BMW M Night of Trophies.
The BMW M Night of Trophies is an opportunity for BMW M Motorsport to honour the most successful customer teams and drivers of the 2025 season. Having been crowned the second-best customer team in the world and the top European team last year, the outfit belonging to Fabian Finck and Martin Kaemena cleaned up in 2025.
The manufacturer from Munich rewarded the North German team for a successful 2025 season by naming it the world’s top BMW M Motorsport customer racing team. This major success for the crew from Bremen bears testimony to the hard work put in by every member of the team.
FK Performance Motorsport drivers also had cause for celebration in the Drivers competition. Berkay Besler and Gabriele Piana, who lined up for the team in ADAC GT4 Germany, finished runner-up in the Drivers classification of the BMW M Sports Trophy.
“It is a great challenge every year to compete against so many great teams within the Sports Trophy. We can only do our best again and again, and this year we were lucky enough to come first. We are very proud of that. Overall, we had a great season with a great team performance. In the end, we lacked a bit of luck here and there and didn't quite achieve our championship goals. But we'll be going for it again next season,” said Fabian Finck and Martin Kaemena.
The 2025 season saw FK Performance Motorsports win the title for the first time in ADAC Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS). Ranko Mijatovic and Nick Wüstenhagen earned the maiden title for the BMW M4 GT4 in this popular championship. The team also claimed victory in the SP3T class at the Nürburgring 24 Hours, where it ran the new BMW M2 Racing as part of the car’s development programme.
FK Performance Motorsport also impressed on the sprint scene. Tim Zimmermann and Leyton Fourie won two ADAC GT Masters races in a BMW M4 GT3 Evo, and finished runners-up in the ADAC’s iconic GT3 series. The team was also in the thick of the title race right down to the finale of this season’s ADAC GT4 Germany – Berkay Besler and Gabriele Piana eventually finished third in the championship, having won two races over the course of the season.
