ADAC GT Masters·6.7.2023

Paul Motorsport looking forward to guest start at the Nürburgring

Paul Motorsport will make its first appearance of the ADAC GT Masters season from 14th to 16th July at the Nürburgring. Lamborghini Junior Maximilian Paul (Dresden) and Simon Connor Primm (Großschirma) will be at the wheel of the Lamborghini Huracán GT3 Evo at the ADAC Truck Grand Prix. The Dresden-based team claimed four podiums in the GT3 series in the 2022 season.

Paul climbed onto the bottom step of the podium alongside Lamborghini works driver Marco Mapelli at the Lausitzring, the Sachsenring and the season finale in Hockenheim, celebrating four third-place finishes in total. He now returns to the ADAC GT Masters with the blue Meyle Lamborghini. “We are pleased to be back racing in the ADAC GT Masters again, and to be able to back up the success we enjoyed last year. For now, we are focussing on the event at the Nürburgring,” says Paul, in his role as driver and team manager.

Paul has a good relationship with his 18-year-old team-mate Primm. “Simon Connor and I have known each other for a very long time. He is a fast driver, as he showed with victory at the opening round of this season’s ADAC GT4 Germany in Oschersleben. He now wants to showcase his talent in a GT3 car, and we are happy to be able to give him that start,” says Paul.

The Lamborghini duo will get to drive against a great backdrop, in the form of the ADAC Truck Grand Prix. Tickets for the 36th staging of this iconic event are available from 25 Euro. Sport1 is showing all the races live on free-to-air TV. The ADAC GT Masters will also be streamed live and free on the YouTube channel @adacmotorsports.
