ADAC MX Masters: Registration
Online Registration
To participate in the ADAC MX Masters 2023, the rider must register online:
The deadline for the first registration round is 05.02.2023. Afterwards, the starting places will be allocated among all riders who have submitted an entry by this date. All riders will receive an entry confirmation by e-mail.
Waiting List
In case more entries are received than there are starting places available, some riders will slip onto the waiting list. These riders will also receive information about the current status by e-mail. If one of the confirmed riders withdraws or cancels his entry, a rider from the waiting list will be given the opportunity to participate. The rider will be informed by e-mail or telephone at the earliest possible time.
Entry Fee
The entry fee is 90,- EUR per race. The rider will receive the payment request along with the entry confirmation by e-mail shortly after 05.02.2023. The entry fee must be transferred to the account specified by ADAC by 05.03.2023. If the payment is not received in time, the starting place will be given to another rider or a late fee in the amount of 100,- EUR will be due.
Start Numbers
The start number is requested as part of the online entry. The rider enters his first wish as well as possible alternatives. The confirmation of the start number will be sent to the rider by e-mail.
Cancellations
If a rider is unable to participate in a race for which he has registered and received the entry confirmation, he must cancel his participation. The cancellation must be received by the ADAC by e-mail no later than Wednesday, 1 p.m. before the respective event. Later cancellations will only be accepted upon presentation of a medical certificate or with a valid reason. Otherwise a penalty payment of 50,- EUR will be due. In case of no-show without a written cancellation, a penalty of 150,- EUR has to be paid.
If the cancellation is made up to 14 days before the event, the paid entry fee will be refunded to the rider. In case of a cancellation at shorter notice, the entry fee will only be refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate attesting to the inability to work or participate in sports.

ADAC MX Masters: Official Documents
Entry Form
The rider will receive the entry form by e-mail after submitting the online entry successfully. The form must be submitted to ADAC with the original signature - a scan or photo by e-mail or a copy is not sufficient. The entry form can be sent to ADAC in advance by mail or submitted at the document check at the first event in which the rider participates.
License
In all classes FIM or FIM-Europe licenses for motocross are accepted as well as national and international motocross licenses of the FIM/FIM-Europe member federations. The FIM/FIM-Europe licenses are not valid as a starting permission! The rider must request a separate starting permission from his federation.
In addition, the following DMSB licenses are accepted:
ADAC must have a copy/scan/screen shot/photo of all pages of the license before the first event. This can be emailed to ADAC in advance or handed in at the document check at the first event the rider participates in.
Starting Permission
Riders who have not obtained their license through the DMSB must present a foreign starting permission to start in the ADAC MX Masters. This is issued by the respective federation. Often this starting permission is already integrated in the license. If this is not the case, the rider must contact his federation and ask for a starting permission to be issued. Starting permissions can be issued for single races or for the whole season.
Document Check
As long as all documents of a rider are available (signed entry form, license copy, permission to start abroad), the rider does not have to go to the document check anymore, but can go directly to the technical inspection of his motorcycles.

ADAC MX Masters: Timekeeping and Results
Transponder
For correct timing, each rider must have his own mylaps/AMB-MX transponder. These transponders can be purchased e.g. here:
Alternatively, the transponder can be rented on site for a fee of 30,- EUR plus 10,- EUR deposit for a transponder holder (if needed).
The transponder number must be communicated to the ADAC during the online registration or before the first event by e-mail. If the number changes during the season, the rider must inform ADAC of the changes. If the transponder number of a rider is not known or a change is not communicated, the rider may not be scored.
Live-Timing on Site
Live timing during each session can be accessed via this link:
In case of unstable internet connection, riders and helpers can connect to the timekeeping WiFi on site (no password). After successful connection, the page "www.timekeeping.local" must be accessed. There the Livetiming results are visible.
Results
The results of the individual training sessions and motos can be viewed at the ADAC:
